Meet our staff:

Owner/Director
About
Josh has been in the field for about 8 years and decided that it was time to strike out on his own. He started The Behavior Business LLC in order to provide high quality services to children on the spectrum and others in need of services. After seeing various quality of care at other agencies and being trained in a variety of effective methods of ABA implementation, he wanted to create a place, that would truly enable families to live their best lives. Prior to starting this business, he wanted to make sure that he could run the business as well as perform clinically, and so returned to school in order to complete an MBA.
Hillary Hammond CBT, RBT
My name is Hillary and I am a passionate, caring and outgoing ABA provider here at The Behavior Business. I first developed my love for working with individuals with developmental disabilities in Ketchikan, Alaska about seven years ago. I did not officially enter the world of ABA until two years ago, and I am so happy I did. I love working one on one with children the way I get to do here.
I am one of the biggest Seahawks fans you’ll ever meet and you can catch me at pretty much any sporting event I can get my hands on. I also love beating escape rooms, going to musicals, being snuggled up to my dogs and spending as much time at the beach as possible!
