Josh Haegele MA, MBA, BCBA, LBA
Owner/Director
About
Josh has been in the field for about 8 years and decided that it was time to strike out on his own. He started The Behavior Business LLC in order to provide high quality services to children on the spectrum and others in need of services. After seeing various quality of care at other agencies and being trained in a variety of effective methods of ABA implementation, he wanted to create a place, that would truly enable families to live their best lives. Prior to starting this business, he wanted to make sure that he could run the business as well as perform clinically, and so returned to school in order to complete an MBA.

About
Hello! My name is Elvin Arnold, a current Registered Behavior Technician and aspiring psychology PhD applicant. I am compelled by my inherent interest in psychological research and clinical services as well as my personal experience with children with autism in my own family. I have taken multiple collegiate courses in abnormal psychology and current clinical practices. It is my hope that through our services here at The Behavior Business, we can supply children with the tools that they will need to live out their lives to the fullest! Outside of work, I volunteer for a psychology lab at the University of Washington and dabble in 3D modelling.
