About
Josh has been in the field for about 8 years and decided that it was time to strike out on his own. He started The Behavior Business LLC in order to provide high quality services to children on the spectrum and others in need of services. After seeing various quality of care at other agencies and being trained in a variety of effective methods of ABA implementation, he wanted to create a place, that would truly enable families to live their best lives. Prior to starting this business, he wanted to make sure that he could run the business as well as perform clinically, and so returned to school in order to complete an MBA.

Tyler Harwood, BA, Office Manager/Behavior Technician

About
I started out as an administrative assistant to Josh 3 years ago until I started my master's program to get my LBA. Through The Behavior Business, I've seen true growth in our kids and noticeable behavior changes, sometimes in such short amounts of time, that I decided to pursue my own path deeper into the field and try to be a larger part in their development. For now, I handle everything from scheduling, billing and clinical paperwork, as well as hands on clinical work with the kids.

HI! My name is Victoria and I am a Behavior Technician with a passion for helping kids reach their full potential. I have experience working with children in a clinical setting for 1 year. One of my favorite parts of being a Behavior Technician is creating a supportive environment for the clients and seeing their progress over time. Outside of work I enjoy painting, coloring, learning new video games, and trying new food places around Washington which helps me stay balanced and motivated in my work!
